The goal of our Anger Management counseling program is to provide you with communication skills, conflict resolution and stress management. Programs covers the following topic areas and are offered in either group or individual sessions depending your availability and affordability:

• Constructive and destructive interactions
• Conflict resolution
• Personal and self awareness
• Coping skills
• Recognizing patterns of behavior
• Understanding and dealing with emotions
• Personal responsibility
