Crisis Intervention

For those who are experiencing mental health and or substance use crisis issues, we offer facility based interventions in the least restrictive environment from crisis to stabilization, with the ultimate goal of social integration and family reunification. After an imminent harm to a Patent is prevented, stabilized or resolved, the Patient is transitioned to the appropriate level of care for continual support. By immediately identifying and providing intervention, we can improve and stabilize a Patient’s behavioral health and emotional needs, thereby increasing the Patient’s level of functioning for transition back to an independent living environment. 

We offer medically monitored Ambulatory/Emergency Detoxification services. Our detox program provides an alternative approach to an inpatient or hospital-based detoxification. This is a 7-day program that includes medical monitoring and group/individual counseling for a minimum of six (6) hours weekly. Afterwards the patient is transferred to our intensive outpatient program for counseling.

In addition to services offered virtually and on-site, each Patient will be empowered to access ancillary services on their journey to recovery and help to prevent crisis, these services include but are not limited to: 

• Coordination of Care with other Providers or Agencies
• Case Management
• Follow-Up Care 
• DES Family Assistance or AHCCCS 
• Social Security benefits (SSI and SSD) 
• HIV education and prevention
• GED/Higher education preparation
• Job training & Vocational rehabilitation 
• Housing Support
• Peer support
